Drive. Enjoyed a lot. Gosling gives an understated performance as the driver/stuntman. Lots of arthouse shots, Indie type soundtrack, good action. A trendy watch. Odd ending.

The Debt. Solid fayre, Nazi hunting Mossad agents in the 60s where the performance of the film, Jessica Chastain as the young Helen Mirren comes in. Less convincing is Mirren herself as the ageing ex-agent. Lots of reflections on conscience.

Crazy Stupid Love. A few people I know enjoyed it. I found it so so, modestly engaging at times, hopelessly twee at others. Steve Carell very watchable as usual

Loved drive!!!

quite slow in parts(a bit like his other great films Blue Valentine & Half Nelson) but also brilliant. The scenes of Violence are pretty extreme, the soundtrack is awesome

Senna out on DVD and is a must buy film. A stunning and dramatic retro racing movie. The original footage plunge you back into that incred era and the in-car pictures with Senna on that fateful last lap are incred.

Melancholia - Massive planet destroys Earth plus naked Kirsten Dunst. Also features Kiefer Sutherland trying desperately hard not to be Jack Bauer but failing because his is Jack Bauer.

Film does suffer from having an incredible opening sequence, a really good first half, then it does drag a bit in the 2nd half.

Yup followed you in and watched Senna last night...... Brilliant..... very evocative....and a superb insight into the man.  The footage leading up to the crash he died in gave me goosebumps, knowing what was going to happen just made it more chilling.

Even if you don't like F1 its compelling viewing

Was going to watch it at some point but thanks for the recommend guys  thumbs up

Went to see a preview and Q&A session of Dreams of a Life.  Stars Zawe Ashton from Fresh Meat and directed by Carol Morley.  It is a documentary about the life and death of Joyce Carol Vincent whose body was found in Wood Green after she had been dead in her bedsit for three years.  I can't do the story as much justice as the article by the director here  http://www.guardian.co.uk/film/2011/oct/09/joyce-vincent-death-mystery-documentary .  Definitely worth a look when it comes out.  Very sad story and there but for the grace etc.

The Ides of March: Enjoyed a lot..sleek political yarn with a good cast..quite a nod to 1970s US political dramas, a touch of West Wing etc etc

Ryan Gosling is superb, again, after being superb in Drive.
