Found the game rules and there are 45 levels
Description
Can you clear all the Clusterz!? Take the challenge in this exciting match 3 game. Shoot, bounce, and ricochet colored bubbles to match 3 or more of the same color and remove them from the board. Clear them all before the bubbles reach the bottom. Miss a shot, and you'll grow more bubble Clusterz! Make it through all 45 challenging levels to beat the game. Play now!

They fail to mention the ability to miss a shot completely. Send it up to the top, it bounces back down and off screen, which in turn changes the colours of the bubbles you had left. Have that t-shirt. Thanks.
