I did some mystery shopping a couple of years ago.  One of the companies had a pizza client not far from us and paid me $20 each time to order a large pizza Cheesy (which obviously the cost of was refunded too)

Made about $200 and had too many pizzas.

I don't think it helped my waist line.

Mystery shopping ftw.  Lots of free meals to be had and sometimes a few quid on top too for giving a bit of feedback on standard of service, food etc thumbs up

Here's a good nit tip Clare. Take the little questionaire and place it slap bang on the table of wherever you're eating. I know you're not meant to be you'll get loads of freebies and be treated like the king.

I knew a chap once, restraunt manager at MaccyDs. Had a gig for 2 years being the mystery shopper for his own shop.

So he got paid for the mystery shop, and from his day job he got a performance related pay rise for getting consistantly good results from the mystery shopper.

Don't know if it's a piece of rubbish, still seems very cheap for a new lappy inc postage and warranty
