[X] I think you jinxed it

Bit tired to do a full report.

Was sitting on a handsome 19k or so when I raised AQ in the cutoff. Flopped QJ4 rainbow vs the big blind. Bet, call. 5 turn looked harmless. He checks. I might pot control check quite often here but I had got the guy to give me a lot of info through talking up to this point, and I def felt he was weak. Then he raises. Tricky spot but I call based on my read that there's no way he has a set here (based on his earlier play), couldn't put him on QJ either. He blocker bet v.small on a 9 river which I called and he flipped 45. Down to 11ish.

With about 9k I opened in mid position at 200/400 (25) to 1100. Called by mr 45 in the cut-off, and the short stacked small blind shoved. Made a complete maths based decision here. My read was that I had a flip, and if I shoved mr 45 would fold. It was about 4.5k to me into a 8.5kish pot. I shoved, 45 passed (AJ). The big blind had A8 suited so was feeling good about the decision until the Ace flopped.

With 3.6k I picked up A7 UTG and made the obligatory shove and ran into Jacks.

Thanks for the investment, sorry I don't run better...

Lol, cheers for keeping the faith

Was steamrolling until that AQ hand, which based on a hand in which the same chap shoved for 12k into a 2k pot; and his chit chat; I could never get away from.
