This site is good, normally get rid of stuff very quickly http://www.freecycle.org/groups/unitedkingdom/

Giving stuff away is usually easy enough.

Leave it outside at an easily seen spot and it'll be gone within a day !! If you want to be sure put up a sign "free to a good home"

I've got a load of stuff that I need to get rid of.

Things like dishwasher, furniture etc.

I've heard about these charity peeps that come and fetch pretty much anything but I haven't got a clue who they are or where they hang out.

Anybody know of a reputable one that's actually going to do some good with my stuff rather than put it on ebay for their own selfish gains?

Stick it in Stuart's front room.

Wish they had fckin nicked you Kin.

Got a spare PS3 Matt?

Be areful with freecycle some people will take stuff and ebay it. I rang the british heat foundation and they came and collected everything and either sold it in their shop or gave it to the homeless who come round and choose their stuff from the shop.

Sally Army should take it.. the local council will probably also have a charity that gives it to the homeless (well, not the actual homeless as they have no use for a dishwasher but people that have just been re-housed and can't afford new stuff.)

You may possibly have a charity in your area like we have. It collects for the local childrens home for those of them that are venturing out into the big wide world alone, so need furniture etc..  to set up home. Ask your local authority.
