Don't mind the limp to induce with a decent hand depending on likelyhood of bb shoving.

Other than that it's shove with any 2 vaguely similar cards. By vaguely similar I mean any 2 rectangular shaped cards.

I take it my shove with "Get out of Jail Free" and "You came 2nd in a beauty contest collect £10 off every player" was the best play then?

Glad i did something right Smiley

You literally should shove any two cards every single time because he will simply fold ~ >50% of the time (and even the best players in the World will fold more than half their hands here), and even when you do get it in as bad as possible:

Text results appended to pokerstove.txt

 123,285,888  games     0.031 secs     3,976,964,129  games/sec

Board:
Dead:

   equity    win    tie          pots won    pots tied
Hand 0:    87.214%     86.95%    00.26%         107202888       319518.00   { AA }
Hand 1:    12.786%     12.53%    00.26%          15443964       319518.00   { 32o }

You still dog him occasionally. Therefore, taken as a whole, shoving any two cards is unexploitably profitable on your behalf.

The only time I would adjust that default is if the BB looked at his cards before he acted and I had some manner of live read (lol - I mean something heavily cast iron) that spoke of him having a big hand. As such, I'd be watching him intently from when the deal began to see if there is anything there on that score. But even that will happen so rarely, because crystal clear live tells hardly ever come to pass.

It's genuinely unlucky for him to wake up with 88 as it's difficult to get dealt good cards in unlimited hold them. Do the same next time.

Oh and, finally: if you were the BB here you should call Q7 or better (well I would).
