I'd like to give you a big hug Drainy. We go back a long way, Cheesey Poker and all that, and I am (seriously) mortified that we had a falling out. At least I think we did. Difficult to know with all these checkboxes and "sures" all over the place. I'm clueless, its my age.

Phumph, looking at the shite weather forecasts, a trip to Vegas or Council Bluffs could be in the offing. Quite fancy Council Bluffs, which is near Omaha, which apparently is a card game. There's a municipal airport nearby, no kidding, which is managed by Sweaty Chad and his brother Sweaty Chip. Sir Donksalot would love it.
Bollocks to the G. First stack went tonight when that aggro young gun Scotty called my re-re-rise (AK) with Q10. King in the window, running queen queen.
Sat waiting until the break. 422 flop checked round, me in SB. Obv I had to rim fire when 4 came on the turn. Idiot donk called me with a club draw - on a double-paired board - and obv hit. I check-folded to his river dance, which was accompanied by a 'I hit my flush'. FFS. Get away.
Said donk then embarrassment donked off all his chips to Thomas after two 'jokes' went down like lead balloons.

Then Thomas SLOW/NIT ROLLED me again. Lol. Sorry Thomas but I'm going to have to get you back for that at some stage. Took 7hr16mins to call my river value bet on a KK6 10 3 board (Q10) with K9.
Elsewhere, Rockstar opened up his game, shipping the lot with top two on an A 10 5 flop. Up against A5 and 55, binked the 10. Haven't seen him that happy since the Imperial Leather Talc lorry jackknifed and spilled its load all over the A6 bypass.

Yes it's the Imperial Palace, which you wouldn't catch me near never mind staying in, but if you want cheap it is an option.

Vegas ftw Holdy. If you shop around you should be able to get a flight for just over £400, albeit probably not a direct one. Virgin are pretty chocka for the time being.
Imperial Palace and Circus Circus are dumps but cheap. Or Bally's a bit higher up the scale. Either is close enough to The Venetian to walk it. Pizzled will let you know which jabs you need if you planning on staying at Circus Circus. Might see you there.

No Vegas for me. Holdy, if you wait until the last second, American Airlines have some v.cheap flights to Vegas, not much over £200 return. If you're happy slumming it with the pigeons at Imperial Palace, you could do a week for around £500 imo.
