Just home from the lovely G.
[  ]  It was a good a night.
[  ]  The end was particularly enjoyable.

Fun table during r/b period with Expresso, Claw, Del, Loofy, Pep, Danny, and a few randoms.
Seat 1 was a great player. He was my favourite; I want to play him again.

Anyway, post-rebuy period I ended up totally card/position/situation dead, and whittled down to circa 12k with Blinds @ 400/800/50

Young kid is moved to seat 3 (the boyfriend of the girl with ridiculously large boobaments).
He has a ridic huge stack and it is clear within a few hands that he didn't get them from his poker skill.

Anyway, to cut a long rant story short, clue-less seat 3 stated that he wanted to raise. Obv the dealer told him he couldnt (yet) cos he hadn't even put his Big Blind in yet.
I heard this so was uber-chuffed when I looked down at AA.

I obv limped, with a view to doing the even more obv CRAI, and then my best chum in seat 1 limped too.
SURPRISE SURPRISE Seat 3 in the BB RAISED.
[  ]   I really wasn't expecting that.......2k more he makes it.
I did the obvious and quickly shoved.
Seat 1 (have I said yet that he's a great bloke?) then calls my shove.
BB calls too.
WOW 35k pot all of a sudden.

Then all the chips go in on 3 J K  flop.

Seat 3 turns over AK. SWEEEET.
Seat 1 (nice fella; I like him alot) turns over JK.
FML.

How two people that don't have a farkin clue about poker can get so many chips I will never know.

you can't really be surprised having seen how he'd been playing all night. Clearly the guy didn't have a clue how to play poker, but it's a bit of a shitter when they get lucky all the time.

Grrrr, modded ftw (not really, randomly chopped with some stuff that obv had to go). Might re-post it in the morning but the gist of it was that Ms Claw will be feasting on baseball cap at some point.
Seat 1 had uber chips after he took me out. Clueless beyond belief he was.
Plenty of leaguers there among the 60 tonight, including rare birds Snatiramas, Pelham Boy and Winkie. Also Claw, Luther, Mr and Mrs Drain, Nirvana in hoops, RUDonking, Handsome Paul, Lucky and Xpressman. But no sign of Ericthedyke.
Good table for me. Meanwhile Handsome Paul had the worst stealing spot ever, with Betty, Malcolm The Rug and The Ruppinator to his direct left. Roffle.
Tonight's 'in' fashion garment was a body warmer. Two on our table (Avi and Trevor P). It's an indoor sport ffs. Scarves and body warmers should be banded.
