Jim (on Alex's table) was in good form on Monday night, chucking around sexist lines at volume 11 for fun etc. Can't believe he'd make a comment like that and mean it though isn't it?

wont be back there for a while, used to like luton a lot, maybe i only enjoy it drunk. donkbet jammed the other day for fun, reg villain called, i didnt get there (was there for a laugh obv), then get told, word for word "thats what you get for going allin with a bunch of bollocks, now fuck off". I mean its not like im super sensitive or adverse to the odd gentle rubdown, but come on, get some class. Id like to imagine other reactions.

that's a shame

I'm not there a lot myself currently, but I think I can speak for the vast majority of the Luton regs in saying that you're good company on the table, and would be missed if not back for a while. A pain to play against sometimes, but that's secondary lol

This regular, don't care who it is, is quite lucky you were so mild mannered about it. Heavens knows what some would have done!

Doh, I've been dying to say that to you for months      .......        but your bag of spanners always won, Alex.

Wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii - deadline at work just hit; time for some blonde catching up.

Thanks to the litterally hundreds  numerous (technically correct) well wishes posted on here plus via PMs and texts.
One text was from an unknown number and it congratulated me for my win, and the sender said that they really liked reading my posts on this thread.
Chomps - did u send BirdForum my mobile?

Shame re Alex esp for my fantasy team tho - if it was Jim McBink - I'd be surprised if he meant it in a bad way.
As for not turning up cos u get verbal abuse, well not sure where I'd go or what I'd do if i adopted that mindset.
;-)
come back alex - loooton needs u....

Much lol'age at holdy's post. Could be worse things to be top of imo.

As for last nite's binkage all it did was re-enforce my previously stated argument that u don't wanna go in ahead after my A9, AQ and KJ all beat AQ, AK and QQ respectively.
Case rested; get it in from behind is obv the way forward.
Just a pure game of chance obv.

      DrainyDonk.

Ps - I do wonder if BirdForum has ever smiled just a little tinsy winsy bit when he's read one of my posts.

Do you seriously think people would text you knowing that a reply could take anything up to a week to read and contain so much inane rubbish as to render the recipient unconscious? And to actually think I would text you? are you Mad?

PS The odds of me texting Chumpy are about the same as him winning the WSOP.

Had a great first table - all randoms to me and I ran all over them for the first 2 levels. Fairly chipped up and feeling good about a possible final table. Had an accident - got to 3 tables out and had to push with   . Mr 'I take 3 mins for every decision' eventually called after I tried to talk him into calling - he had   happy days. Flop comes X   thank you and good night.

Rub down of the night though was when I was leaving. A slightly merry man called me over and asked me if I was single, I replied he was and he tried to introduce me to his friend. His line of introduction was 'meet my friend Mark, he has plenty of money and he can pay'.  FML.

Second rub down of the evening was halfway home when I realised I had missed an opportunity to cash on a poker night......  Roll Eyes

All in all structure a bit tight but enjoyable donk fest for not much money.

Well today I was in Cambridge, just down the road from Chompy's mud hut, obviously i was too busy to agree to Chompy's numerous requests to meet for lunch, I should make the time to meet him as he very generously offered to pay. Anyone who doesn't know him that well probably won't be aware of how generous he can be. Well, today i witnessed for myself how generous he can be, and i thought i would share it with you, obviously his modesty doesn't permit him to shout from the rooftops what he is like so i feel duty bound to give you an example.

A little while ago Chompy splashed out on a new Audi S 4, in gleaming white, he even went and got himself a personalised number plate - CH10 MPY.

Not content with just splashing out on himself, he obviously felt the need to go and buy his lover the exact same car, and even went to the trouble to put a personalised plate on it too. Obviously something that is very personal to them and important in their relationship, Chompy went for the car below... I'm sure you'll agree that it was a very kind gesture and hope his lover was very grateful..

Lol at the Vinster taking random pictures of White audis in a Cambridge car park.
Good to see some humour on here; some people take this thread far too seriously, imo.
