So I have decided to take the weekend off.I did say I'd play a minimum of 1500 games but now I know I can put in 300 days I'll be done a week before Christmas so thinks it's ok to take a weekend off then will grind until I'm done.

So about a year and a half or so ago I had a meeting with my gaffer and said I wanted more responsibility at work,really I just wanted more money.Anyway,so he agreed to give me more responsibilities and one thing was to take interviews with another member of staff to get a new accounts assistant so I was happy to do that.The interviews started the next day and that night I was going to the Newcastle game.I can't remember who it was against but it was a tough game we expected to lose and we won,shippp.So afterwards everyone decides to stay out and go clubbing so I don't get home until about 4am.I sleep through my alarm and wake up at 10:30,fuk!!!! The interview was at... ... 10:30,whoops.I snap order a taxi and leave the house.I get to work still mortal and the lass is waiting with the other person for me to turn up,FMEL.The F.D just looks at me and doesn't say nothing so I keep walking straight into the boardroom and the bloke says to me "you absolutely stink of drink,go and sort yourself out and get a coffee" so I'm still pissed and the first thing that comes to my head is "I don't drink coffee".I sure did ask her one question in the interview.

Anyway she got the job and I mentioned it to her about how I was grinding and planning on staying off the drink until Christmas and I've honestly never seen anyone look so shocked,haha.Talk about good first impressions eh.

You think games are particularly good in November for some reason? You're doing so well over an increasingly large sample, I had such a good month last November in the prop bet I did with moonandback and Longy, and I'm doing pretty well this month myself atm. I heard games were tougher in December due to VPP chasers so you think that would spill into November a little, but apparently not??!
