I was watching The Jonathan Ross show on I-player last week and it had Lady Gaga on it,she made a comment about how "nobody in the music industry liked her" I found her comments confusing at first as I don't see why nobody would like her, yeah she's a bit wierd and quirky but so what. Then I felt a bit sorry for her because if that is how she feels then no matter what she says that will be partly upsetting for her,but when I spoke about it with the people I was with tnite they said don't feel sorry for her she's got a lot of talent and she's doing well for herself so you shouldn't feel bad for her,but does that really matter ? Then I was thinking is it ever possible to actually be honest about how you feel with this type of thing since if you say "I think nobody likes me" then it can only be took two ways;either ur an attention seeker who doesn't actually think that and just like to be pitied/the centre of attention or people are like that with you and thus they're in the wrong and it's a shame, generally people will always think the 1st way as that's human nature, the mind is a wonderful thing Smiley

Yeah but you'd probably know you where a bit of an ahole if you where bad enough for nobody to like you,she just seems a bit different but obv I don't know nothing really about her.

We had a meeting at work today,I was already aware of the possibility of people being made redundant and it was one of the reasons for me saying now what I had planned instead of a couple months time when someone had been laid off that possibly didn't need to be.So anyway gaffer said today that someone in our department would be getting finished.I said I wanted to do this for longer than just a month so we agreed on a year and then reevaluate the situation then. Also means my cut in salary saves one of the two juniors losing there job so everybody's happy.

Haven't played today but will probably put a session in tmoro night, see how I feel after work.

That was some day yesterday, well done.

Make a note of the Page no in your Diary, & when you have a really bad day, look back & re-assure yourself.

I'm going for March 31st as the day your Bankroll breaks the $5,000 barrier.

Sure didn't just think of this comment you made Smiley

This has just cheered me up a bit, lol.

From James' column in Pokernews....

It’s also quite cool to speak to people from many different places. I now have students in England, Sweden, Belgium, Holland and Serbia. It’s quite interesting that they all speak awesome English as well (except the ones from England, obviously).

Another bad session but am pleased to have not lost a lot more as it was a pretty brutal session. It was good to do a long coaching session with James today,he is happy with how I'm playing and we looked through 6-7 comps and there was only maybe one or two mistakes/marginal spots in each which is pretty standard/good.We also looked at ev vs cev in hem which showed that I am just running really bad.I'm intending to grind hard next week to make up for this week and I'm aiming to play 1k games next week which will be fun Smiley GL all in the majors tonight, get the lot.

Did anybody watch the Eddie Izzard:Marathon Man programme it's unbelievable what he managed to achieve imo.Truly remarkable feat to run that many marathons and to run the last one in 5hrs,huge respect and a knighthood is due imho.It was a shame that it wasn't spread over more episodes as everything seemed rushed to get it in and I found it pretty interesting.

So fukn frustrating how I'm running at the minute.I was in for about 500 so guess I should be pleased to be about breakeven, but still. This is a time when having a coach really helps me since I easily lose confidence in myself so it's good to have someone telling you your doing things right when things aren't going great.Glad to have put in 150 games today as well as being at work, had 4/5 deep spots at the end of the session to make a decent profit in 60/40-70/30 flips for 10k+ pots, sure won any of them Sad

Games today : 150
Profit today : -$19.50

Current bankroll : 2753.41
