No pay at the venue. Captain will also source polo shirts and you'll be asked to pay for one. Also make own travel and hotel plans

Congratulations everyone for making the Blonde Team!  I'm very proud to be Blonde captain and I'm looking forward to meeting you all in Bolton Smiley
It's going to be a very tough competition but we have class players Cool  and have as much chance to win as any of the other teams. Let's all have fun and have a great time
The Holiday Inn sounds a good hotel, it's close to the venue and looks really nice. I'm going to get my skates on and book a room before they sell out!

I'm missing my December blonde league Sad

Would there be any interest in a heads-up comp? I'm a bit rubbish heads-up so would welcome the practise.

I was thinking a Champions League type format; a group stage of 4/5 players in each group, where everyone plays each other once. Then the top 2 go through to a knockout stage. Be nice to get at least 16 playing to give 4 groups of 4, leading to ¼ finals, semis & final.

Where would be the best place to play? Do any sites allow private heads-up tournies? Perhaps we can find some heads-up STTs (apologies if these are common place - I only ever play MTTs) or if all else fails, heads-up cash without re-loading.

Post on here if you're interested and if there's a few we can put up a thread to gauge wider interest.

With the Christmas hols coming it'd be an ideal opportunity to get it done & dusted before the Jan blonde league starts.

DTD don't seem to have them. Betfair do small heads up STT's though. Great chance for you to all show your support to APAT by playing on Betfair.
