Just realised people like options:
1. All money above 6k goes into a holding acct at ALL times. This is then distributed monthly as per scheme
2. Roll just fluctuates during a rolling monthly period and anything above a set profit line (1k?) is withdrawn
3. We just PLAYYYYYYYYYYYYYY and only take out big binks? Stake reviewed quarterly with a view to ending it in totality
