Getting around 2-1 for a 6/4 shot I am still edging on trying for the win and shoving

A lot of live players see any pair and call as they know they are beating AK, so I would remove jto hands but factor 22+

Factor in ICM and it's a fold with these numbers, also, I know Tightend said complete newb but JTos?

100% agree. I don't even think it's that close. Just fold and look for the next spot.

Definitely think you've given him too wide a range in that hand outrageous.

Sigh, deleted post but got quoted Smiley

Wanted to ask Guy who was Hand 1 and who was Hand 2, thought I might have got it the wrong way round

obv should have clarified

Tighty has 99 (didnt think that needed clarifying)

Original raiser/shover has all pairs and AT+

caller (very much based on tightys description) has 77+ and I included all connected broadways incl JT as they "look pretty"

What makes this interesting is the small blind is a complete newbie and makes lots of unorthodox calls (rarely raises)

re my range

Seemed the most likely but the ranges for SB could potentially have been either Guy 1 or Guy 2

10 bigs with an ante 6 handed are we putting UTG shove at 22-JJ ATo+ ATs+

i am sure alot of players on this forum are shoving much wider it seems very nitty

as we dont know when we will next get a chance to open shove to steal with equity if called

wider is immaterial as it will only improve tightys equity in the spot

This is a live donkament, peoples shoving ranges are much tighter than you seem to think.
