I had a great time anyway, so I'm sure your situation is more annoying than mine was.

I like the people who say "Sorry" and "Good luck" I know they don't mean, it but at least they are trying to be polite
I believe some people genuinely do mean it. They don't have the same thirst and hunger to win as an average person, they're there to enjoy themselves. People at their table they say "good luck" to, they genuinely hop will do well. They feel empathy when they outdraw a player and when they say "sorry" they really do mean it. It never bothers me, I like the "Sorry" and "Good luck" brigade. Like the red dog says, at least they are trying to be polite. I'm in the sorry and good luck brigade, and I do mean it (most of the time!). I'll say good luck to everyone when I get put out, especially if theres guys I know at the table. Double especially if its blondites who remain. I appologise if I make an embarrassing play and then suck out. I'm only appologising for my apparent bad play though. Empathy kicks in, and I know how I'd feel if the roles where reversed. I'd also get annoyed with the <insert insult here> for saying sorry and not meaning it! lol. Or if I put out a friend, i'll say sorry then too.

people who have a very loud conversation (normally about tv/football) close to you (usually on the train/or in queue) whilst at least making eye contact at you, then give you the death stare when add your (small) opinion. losing £50 in three days on poker people who can drive well but laugh off not being able to parallel park, it ain't funny! when you ask someone for the time and hmm and har like it's the choa of the centry.

People who push past you to press the button on the pedestrian crossing in a city centre on a Saturday afternoon. Do they genuinely believe the green man won't come if they don't tell it to.

It's not about different religions it's about the functions of religion in society etc etc. I can't wait until Friday afternoon when it'll all be over! Roll on the weekend!

Sodding EXAMS! FULL STOP!
I had one today and my head is mashed, a colleague took it before me and really put the wind up me about it. As it was it was a piece of p**s, but the panic on the lead up to it today fried my brain. lol
Lesson learnt here - take my exam before she takes hers!
