The aim of this thread is to collate all suggestions, complaints and ideas for software improvements
It's started at DTD's request so that every couple of months they can present it to Genting/I-Poker along with their requests
Please put all thoughts and moans on here..

I'll kick it off.
The tournament lobby needs to be far more accurate. It doesn't correctly show the number of runners still in the tournament or their respective stack sizes, and so players cannot make informed decisions based on their relative position in the tournament (for example showing that there are 77 runners left when there are only 60 makes a massive difference when there are 50 seats on offer in the satellite).
Closing the lobby and reopening it sometimes helped refresh it, but not always.

Yeah this is an absolute joke. GL keeping rec players playing when the lobby doesn't even work properly. |

The software bugs has been a joke since they introduced late reg an then even worse when synch breaks came along. If you select stats from the options above the chat box at the table then more it gives you the right info regarding players remaining etc. |

Auto add on for tourneys
I dont want so many popups when I play a tournament, currently you get a pop up when u reg a MTT, 2 popups when your table opens, 2 popups when you change tables and 1 or 2 more when you busto (including the tilting "Would you like to play again" message)
fix the bug where you cant see your hole cards for the 1st hand after moving tables in an MTT!

Just the lobby - its ****.
I know three other skins that have been at them for months about the same problem but no change or improvement.
Hopefully you guys being poker first rather than bookmaker first will finally get the impotent idiots to wake up and listen to the customer.

'Synchronised Breaks' aren't very synchronised.
I was playing the GPS and DTD sats last night, alongside an MTT and the breaks for each ended as much as a minute different. Doesn't sound much, but it's a chew when you need to nip out for a comfort break and a smoke and get a fresh drink and you come back in to find one tourney already back up and running and the other two still in the break.

Auto add on please.
The sat last night was quite frustrating as it wasn't clear when the add on was going to happen.
The lobby said at the end of level 8 but nothing happened until a minute and a half in to level 9.
Thought I may have missed it. Auto add on just means you can forget about it and chill.
Lobby issue obviously been well covered by others. Pretty terrible but not the end of the world.
