i find it hard to think of the bigger picture in the heat of the moment thats the problem,

Count to 100 before you react, and review the hands before posting?

That AJ v Q10 hand for instance. Do you think you played it well? Why shove the flop? What was villain supposed to think about your hand? In his shoes would you fold there?

yeah i played it fine imo in these fishes happily call off with way worse here like he did,i shoved the flop cos he bet 600 i had 2800 behind im not flatting here and then having a hard descion on a bad turn,villian prob didnt even put me on a hand and just called cos he had a pair like these fishes do, yes if i was him i would of folded.

i'm quickly folding 8's there... you've min raised in early position, most of the time you're either flipping or crushed by overpairs. still have 20 bb's left too, plenty of play left. shove with it but def not calling off with it.
