Yes I have 401 are the stake so 1096 minus 401 = 695 minus my 30% profit is $206?

These figures are for profit only, Stake would be added to your 107.10 & 160.30?

My friend worked it out as this :

All stakers stake back so 5% 89 & the 7.5% is $134

Then it's 29% for 5% and 42% for 7.5% but I have to deduct 30% out of the profit figure of each one. Does that sound right?

This suggests 2 x 5% and 1 x 7.5%

29 + 29 + 42
