DTD October Deepstack £100,000 GTD 3-6 Oct

I understand that DTD don't want people accruing loads of tokens that they can store forever from this promo, that is fair enough as they will do a lot of money. How about letting people carry over maybe 2 or 3 sat tokens? It might encourage some of us to play a little more than we otherwise would. As I said my reason for asking is I can't play this weekend, but would like to in future.

Well if you don't need a re-entry and get a deepstack seat before you earn 25 points you've no way of using any cash game tokens unless.. What I am saying is you might decide to get 25-50-75 points, play some more mega sats and get more than one bullet for the weekend

If you don't need it, it lapses, as unfortunately I cannot carry the tokens forward for you

Currently only 77 runners... 1 in 4 win a seat and £2,600 overlay :O

So if I accrue a sat token I'm basically stuffed if I can't play this weekend and there is no point even playing the sat? Is there no other option whatsoever?

I do think you need to look to give people some form of out in future though, even if just carrying 1 or 2 tokens forward for a month or something. Otherwise you are going to be excluding a lot of people like me who are social players and aren't available 50% of weekends and need a bit of flexibility. I thought the whole point of this was to get the social player playing more.

Yes I agree, we've discussed this tonight to see what might be done. The issue here is the short-lead time to this weekend's event and satellites etc all set up before the cash games started and the promos were thought about

Don't think so dude. Played Monday nite satelite and it's finished at 1.35am Tuesday morning . I think the satelite on Thursday  nite are meant for live in the club on Friday or Saturday .

Late reg is available through level 11 for the online leg on Thursday - so you can reg before level 12 starts and last just 16 minutes before moving onto day 2. :s
