I'd fail it for that.  End doesn't have a fixed location on a standard qwerty keyboard. You're lucky there's an 'E' in return and enter.

Japan is divided up into Prefectures rather than counties.  I lived in Ibaraki Prefecture for a few years, but wouldn't have accepted it as an answer, although it would have been a bloody good effort.
