Alan Taddei in the small blind

unopened pot

open shoves 1.6m at 25-50k

In the big blind Paul McTaggrt playing 1.65m finds Ace-King

what are you going to do except call?

he calls and is up against 3-3

J-10-7-3-6

An exasperated bobafett sits down, crestfallen

My heart says George or GiMac, but my head says Matas Cimbolas or Tom Hall will win this.  Good luck to everyone.

The first chink in Cimbolas' armour?

on a 10-7-Q-K-2 board with 4 spades the small blind David Lloyd best 250,000 into a 1m pot

Cimbolas on the button thinks and thinks. A wry smile, attempts to engage Lloyd in chat, and fail

McConachie eventually calls the clock on Matas, who folds (i am tempted to think he folds a non nut spade flush) and Lloyd virtually doubles up

--

Michael Cowper-johnson doubles through Jamie Clossick shoving 495,000 with K-J

called by 10-10

A-Q-6-J-J to take MCJ towards 1m
