7. What would someone speaking in Cockney rhyming slang be referring to by his "sausage"?

I thought the slang question was very reasonable, and very gettable regardless whether you knew it or not. Plenty seem to have got it.
Bloody Londoners.
Great question if you want to find out who's using google. Very cunning!

I had never heard of that rhyming slang ("sausage"), but like all rhyming slang, it is very easy to work out even if you are not familiar with it.
This is how rhyming slang works. It comprises a short sentence. In speech, we use the first word only. The final word generally rhymes with the real word.
Apples = apples & pears = stairs
Hampsteads = Hampstead Heath = teeth
Trouble = trouble & strife = wife
Dog = dog & bone = 'phone
Frog = frog & toad = road
Boat = boat race = face
Plates = plates of meat = feet.
So......
Sausage = sausage & **** =

That was my logic...
Whether it's right or it is another matter as I've never heard sausage used as rhyming slang lol

Nor me, but it's pretty easy to work out. Most rhyming slang is personalised, we don't all use the same terms. It won't matter in my case, anyway, as I had to pass on several of the ridiculously hard questions. Rocky's opponent & Scooby-Doo's van indeed, never mind X-Factor tosh, how the hell is a grown up supposed to know those?

There are a couple of exceptions though, like Arris

How come folk are discussing how they answered questions before the reveal? Have everyone else's answers even been submitted?
