I haven';t verified the info but...
Is the high end Ritz Club in London possibly for sale?
The Ritz Club, which made a pre-tax profit last year of GBP£8.9 million on revenues of £33 million, could be worth up to £200 million if a deal goes ahead.
The brother owners of the Ritz Hotel, Sir David and Sir Frederick Barclay, are understood to have appointed a financial consultancy to run a formal sale process for the club on Piccadilly, after receiving approaches from the Far East.
It is understood that the Barclay brothers are selling the Ritz Club business with a lease on the premises that runs to 2033.
