Yuri Divieleski has the (xx) on my left, and does what we want him to do, which is to 2bet.

This one is easy to play. I let him use his board advantage, call him down with what will almost definitely be  position if I don't pair, and choose an appropriate point to raise. That point will probably be 7th Street.

I catch really dry

Some connectivity, but limited so. Flush draw,whilst live, isn't his initial one, and obviously we have the straight very well blocked.

He checks 7th, with us having 5.2k left at 1.2k-2.4k

We don't fill up, with ( ) (), but easy value bet obviously.

He raises. Awful news. We're almost definitely beat. GTO says we should call when we have significant blockers, which we do. Its unlikely that he's value raising worse, but it's not impossible that he is  raising Aces up, given that he has no threat of me 3betting.

I call. He does indeed have the case Queen. Announces 'straight.'

The river call vs Vitch is the question, but it's only a 2k question. Apart from that, everything that could go wrong did go wrong

Well. This wasn't on the schedule,  but the only reason for that was that it was incredibly unlikely to play, as it would need a very quick 10k stud bust out.

That having happened, sadly, this does indeed make a ton of sense to play.  Will do one bullet only (it may well now be end of reg anwyay, not quite sure)

It's a wonderful tournament. A round of no limit holdem, round of PLO, with a double board bomb pot in between.  I've got an unusual amount of experience in that game. It plays big, the only shame is that there's not more of it.

Actually got all in on the second hand, which was indeed bomb pot. It gave me the chance for what would surely be one of the most miserable 24 hour starts to a WSOP ever, if I did bust.

I got it in with three way on





(I have second nut house on the top , and a small flush draw and under gunshot on the bottom)

I was not in great shape, against another 84 with a higher flush draw, and KKQJ

Luckily rivered a K on the top, to take half with a house.

Would be nice to get a run. Back to 800-1600(1600)
