Yea, I saw that as well. I was confused. But that is normal for me. I just thought I had misunderstood the joke.

ZeeJustin has had all of his Pokerstars bankroll confiscated as well.

"Hi folks -

We did our own review of ZeeJustin and unfortunately, found that he'd been playing multiple accounts in several tournaments at PokerStars.

* We confiscated the money that he won illicitly.

* We closed his accounts and banned him from PokerStars.

* We are returning the money he won illicitly to players who were harmed by his actions in those same tournaments.

Obviously, we don't like doing this, but the evidence was incontrovertible. We will do whatever it takes to keep our games and tournaments clean.

Best regards,
Lee Jones

When will these cheats be put on a global blacklist?

just having them thrown out of Verona is enough to satiate my blood lust.

Fantastic, I nearly fell off my chair with this one.

I think I know who you are talking about - he was sitting between me and badar towards the end of the tourney last thursday. He seemed keen to get rid of all his chips quite quickly and make the move "upstairs".

I think the best thing for JJProdigy and ZeeJustin to do is admit that they cheated and apologise.

They were young and made a mistake, which can be forgiven in time and they can eventually re-build a reputation in the poker community when enough grains of sand have passed through the hour glass.

If they continue to try to justify their actions and complain about having their funds confiscated, pursue pointless legal action etc, then they are not going to do themselves any favours in the long run.

The longer they claim innocence, the deeper the hole gets.

I posted this in a different thread but got no replies. Can I have your views on it please?

I once entered a tourney on Betfair and William Hill at the same time. After a while I ended up being on the same table as myself. I had no idea that it was the same portal and that it was the same tourney being advertised on both sites. Now what do you expect people to do in this situation? Is it wrong to play under two IDs on two different sites but in the same comp? I haven't played in the same tourney using both accounts since because it kept timing out on me and it was hard work trying to keep both users working at the same time. I'm sure that there are ways around this by using two PCs or some other tricks. Would it be illegal to do this as you are actually signed up to two different companies?

Don't know what would be the legal side, but I suppose, inadvertently, you were cheating. I'd never call you a cheat for it, it's an easy mistake to make.

Looking at what's been done with the 2 being discussed (looking through histories etc) would you be best to contact Hills & Betfair & 'come clean' - citing these cases and wanting it made clear you had not done it deliberately?

I'd hope someone with connections to Betfair/Hills would reassure you on that, is there anyone on Blonde from those sites?
