1: Local counlcil don't want me to live here, so won't accept my poll tax

2: No poll tax, no bin men

3: Have to take own rubbish to tip (IAlso take rubbish collected by village environment group)

4: Sold lorry because playing poker for living

5: Bought trailer to take rubbish to tip (Also enjoy haggling and towing things)

So you mean that the temporary planning permission thingy does not allow you to pay temporary poll tax ?

Therefore no bin men, and presumably no police protection.
