Hey guys. Ive been reading a fair bit over the last two days and have been reading a lot of Bluff blocking stuff. I just wanted to confirm that I have got this right.
So when facing a decision post flop we should be considering if we have a block any of his potential natural bluffs? Or is this more a thought process when thinking about calling a big river bet or all in on a wet board?
For example if we have
on a
board and are facing a check raise. Should we be taking into consideration the spade as a blocker to his flush draw possibility and put him on more of a two pair/set range. Or should we be using the spade blocker as a potential back door outs and reducing his % of hitting a flush and be very happy of getting it in.
Not sure if this is a good example or I'm way off base.
Naturally I would do the latter be happy that it is the right play to 4 bet shove with this.
Help?
