Murray, after a few nice draws, has a shocker at Wimbledon.
Cilic 3rd rd, Gasquet 4th, Roddick QF, Nadal SF.
Apart from Nadal thats a gift of a drw..cilic has been useless for months..gasman will show plenty of flair but wont finish the job and murray put roddick away with ease last week...

I actually thought the main event was really good, not the tear up they promised but a fascinating chess match of a bout. Very well executed game plan from the Groves camp (and that for me was clearly a team effort) and I had him a couple of rounds ahead, DeGale took too long to get going. I'd watch a rematch.
Would you pay for a rematch? Anyway, other boxing news - Bernard Hopkins gets the Light-Heavyweight belt, and becomes the oldest World Champ ever at 46 years. Only if it was part of a proper PPV card. They should both go their separate ways for a year or two and let the rematch build, ideally they will meet for a World title in a couple of years time. DeGale should go and find himself a proper trainer in the meantime. eh? none of them will get no where near a world title fight

Not expecting you to talk about it if you don't want to but you did kinda mention it on here. I doubt its a profitable situation for the backer if he has to absorb all losses and only takes half of profits. You're edge would have to be pretty massive imo. I think probably only keith johnson would be a profitable backing under that deal from the dtd regs I know of.
If the guy isn't a friend or whatever then kinda just gotta take the shots but if he's a mate he's prob a touch naïve about poker and I'd probably turn him down unless he's uber multai and just likes the sweat / wants to help you.

Madness, expectations in football are just so out of line with reality.
Allardyce seems the most likely to me, O'Neill will want certain guarentees which I am not sure WBA can match. No doubt we will all be crapping it again in Norfolk about Lambert.
I dont think the rest of the world rate Lambert as much as u do im sure u will be fine

Tipstering is a funny old game.
Nirvana has gone to Towcester this afternoon after deciding he's better at watching racing than poker.
So he asked me for a few tips on facebook last night. I went through one race at a time and typed something like, "LOLZ, Steven Boow has put Kinkeel in at 13/8 for the second!"
That was as far as I went with it. Kinkeel would never go off 13/8. Not even in a walkover.
Obv I've just got a text "LOL Kinkeel" after he won.
At 4/1 though I'd have been all over him if I was there. Backed him at 11.5 IR. Yes yes aftertiming!
Kinkeel IR is ABC stuff. Runs over two miles...lay him pre-race...back him when he comes off the bridle...then sit back and watch him grind past them up the hill. Yes yes aftertiming!
Kinkeel runs again at Towcester today - any thoughts? did u not read the last sentence

As i wrote elsewhere not sure this is going to work, because of what the stakee is going to be making as a "pro" player.
I quick google suggest 7ptbb/100 is near the ceiling for a good player at this limit, so that is 14bb/100. 4 tarbling you get get about 200 hands an hour, so that is an hourly rate of $14/hr +rb split 50/50 so about $10/hr give or take. So he is going to be working for about what you get in maccy d's, without the free cheeseburgers.
For this to work you are going to have to give him a bigger cut/ stake him at higher limits imo.
I think Adz just needs to learn to play more tables mate. He's gotta be at LEAST 6 tabling. 9 really isn't hard at these limits. I used to play 9 or 12 tarbs of 25c50c Were you winning playing 9-12 tables? I find that very hard to believe............. Just look at my first 25c50c cash staking thread woodsey. Was winning and raking loads. Fair enough, didn't you do your nuts on another one or was that a different stakes? Sorry not taking the piss or 'owt, just asking........... yeh at $0.50/1. Across all the limits I've played, I've beaten 25c50c, $1/2 and $2/4. Got battered at 50/1 though how many hands u played at 1/2 and 2/4?...........probs no where near enough to sugest your a winning player at those stakes.stop deluding yourself
