What happened to Groves' head in the 11th? Clash of heads?
He elbowed him again, not sure if it was that though.

Johnny Nelson can GTFO as well. That is Groves' long game, I honestly believe if he trained to go in there and take his head off he would. Any ways. GTFI buzzing!
Can't wait to see DeFail's next interview.

Was hoping he'd stick around for a chat then, shame he never.

Pac Man vs Mayweather would be amazing! Mayweather is probs the best technical fighter i have ever seen, but Manny is the best out and out fighter in the world imo. Love that lil guy. Looks like he couldn't hurt a fly. So fast and powerful. 'i'll come at ya like a spider monkey' Sigh on DLH, i saw him on a random American show where they stitch up people who think they are nails and get them in the ring. He looked pretty whacked out on that to be fair.

Just got back from fight. Thought Groves edged it and was pretty happy with the result. Be interesting to see what DeGale does next. Not sure Groves can go that much further but would love to see him do it. Fury v Chisora was pure comedy.

How sad is that about De La Hoya? A bloke who appears to have pretty much everything in life, made more money as a fighter than anyone (I think) and has continued to make loads since retiring as a promoter. Would have been one of the last boxers I'd have expected to have to go to rehab.

Also how sad was last night's PPV? Is that really what PPV boxing is about? Two, British/European standard boxers on a card with nothing to really get anyone that excited at all.
I pay enough for my Sky Sports subscription, and I'd expect that card to be part of it. I suppose they have to generate tikay's wages from somewhere.
So Khan's last fight and now this one. British fight fans are generally shrewd enough to know when they're getting ripped off.

what happened with those 2? Chisora walked past Fury and said soemthing which resulted in a bit of a scuffle. Fury ripped his shirt off and gave it the old incredible hulk impression which was pretty funny and got himself thrown out. Was certainly more entertaining than 'funtime' Frankie Gavin.

I actually thought the main event was really good, not the tear up they promised but a fascinating chess match of a bout. Very well executed game plan from the Groves camp (and that for me was clearly a team effort) and I had him a couple of rounds ahead, DeGale took too long to get going. I'd watch a rematch.

Would you pay for a rematch? Anyway, other boxing news - Bernard Hopkins gets the Light-Heavyweight belt, and becomes the oldest World Champ ever at 46 years.
