Not suggested, what do you have as a typical portion?
Fish fingers?
Sausages?
Pasta?
Grapes?
Toast?
Bacon?
Roast Potatoes?
Custard Creams?
Lemon Squash?
Rice?
Baked beans?
Anything. What goes as a portion in your house?

Fish fingers - 4
Sausages - 3.5 (split a 12 pack 3.5 for me, 3 each for the wife and son, 2.5 for daughter)
Pasta - 250g for 4 of us, so approx 75g per adult, 50g per child
Grapes - pull a sprig off the bunch, so random.
Toast - 2 sliced, eaten like a sandwich.
Bacon - 3 rashers, either on sandwich or with 2 eggs
Roast Potatoes - 5 or 6 depending how big/small I cut them
Custard Creams - bleurgh, but biscuits generally 3 or 4 with a cuppa
Lemon Squash - bleurgh, but half a pint of soft drink
Rice - 3 cups per 4 people
Baked beans - bleurgh

Fish fingers? Only eat these in fish finger sandwiches. 3 per sandwich. With ketchup, vinegar and a pinch of salt. Fish fingers slightly mashed up inside sandwich with a fork. I might have more than one sandwich.
Sausages? 2 in a sandwich, each cut in half lengthways, with ketchup. 4 if as part of a meal such a bangers and mash.
Pasta? Enough so that I can only see the very edge of my plate.
Grapes? None if they have seeds. If seedless, just keep eating until they are all gone.
Toast? Two slices with most things. Three or four slices if using to dip in soup.
Bacon? 3 rashers in a bacon butty. Gotta be cooked long enough so the fat renders/goes crispy.
Roast Potatoes? At least 10, usually more. Best part of a roast dinner.
Custard Creams? Anything from one biscuit to one entire packet, depending on the level of munchiness I am suffering from.
Lemon Squash? Full pint, but quite weak. Lemon squash is not great tbh.
Rice? As with pasta, I just want to see the very edge of my plate.
Baked beans? Couple of big spoons full. Baked beans are massively over-rated IMO, but quite nice as comfort type food.

Yet to try one. I did see a poster in the local chippy first ever, but then they closed down. Funny that.

Fish fingers? I haven't had fish fingers for years! Got to be at least 3.
Sausages? Two if part of a good fry up, 4 if bangers & mash.
Pasta? Enough to cover the plate.
Grapes? Handful.
Toast? 4 slices. Could go more with buttered toast but I only ever have jam or Nutella on it.
Bacon? Two if part of a good fry up, 4 in a bacon butty.
Roast Potatoes? 5
Custard Creams? Hate the feckers.
Lemon Squash? Hate it, fecking disgusting.
Rice? Whatever size the portion is from the Chinese takeaway or just a panful.
Baked beans? Only eat with a fry up so a couple of spoonfuls.
