what did 3rd place pay officially?

Ali Ahmed takes home £9,460
Simon Lee £8,642
Maria Demetriou £6,895

Well played, and a great decision for them to deal.  It means I get to go to my bed before midnight...

Thanks so much for all the well wishes and congrats, really really appreciate it and honestly NEARLY as good as winning is coming home to read the updates lol.

Hmm this deal is interesting and would appreciate peoples thoughts on this matter as I have a bit of grief for dealing.  I know its a bit tricky to get every part of this without being there or watching the table etc.

3 handed we played for about 20 mins, no one mentioning a deal and no one really going nowhere - apart from picking up a little off the other two. The counts 3 way were:

Ali 560k
Simon 480k
Me 270k   blinds coming towards the end of level 5k / 10k (1k)

3rd prize was £4,800
2nd              £7,300
1st              £12,810

From the chip counts we would roughly get:

Me £7k and the other two £9k each - considering every persons personal/financial situation is different and 2k to me is NOT an insignificant amount, was I a fool to take 7k  ??

No I didn't think I was the worst player left and was absolutely torn as to which way to go with it.  Deep down I wanted to play on tbh but decided that to chance a lot of money with one tiny mistake from me or a stupid unlucky outdraw??  Couldn't do it.  Also to be honest if I had more money behind me I go for the win too but spent a lot lately (and done some maybe lol).

Thanks for your thoughts boyo x
