Not Sure if this has been covered but think it will be relevant to a lot of players with i poker having so many skins
My Alias is FUN4FRASER on DTD but is also FUN4FRASER on Paddy Power which of course is also i poker skin.I dont use the Paddy Power account often (normally for satelites to the Irish Open or the odd Sunday Major)
Id like to transfer my FUN4FRASER alias to the new DTD i poker skin but assume it wont let me duplicate when I download the new software
Hopefully support can intervene ?
Pretty sure a few people will be in the same boat
i had same problem frazor had to use smokynutz on dtd insteed of smokynuts whitch i normally use and have on genting |

The old version has a balance of £6 which is below the minimum cash out value of £20 so how do I get that £6 over to the ipoker version?

If you go to www.dtdpoker.com you can re-download the old software to sort out your funds When you say sort out your funds, what do we do? Download the old software and transfer it over to the ipoker account - how is that done? Edit: It isn't - you can just withdraw any funds to your bank account, you don't transfer it. |

I know it seems pedantic but I am paid to be pedantic. When you sign up to the new DTD software the system requirements at the bottom left of the page read Windows Visa as opposed to Vista.. Get him sacked!
