One of the best things about playing live poker is hearing someone say "I hate Jacks". It's even better than saying ace king is "only ace high, at the end of the day".

I'm proposing a blonde 'in-joke' where we document instances we come across of people making the "I hate Jacks" announcement.

In the daily $125 at the Aria today, three limpers at 50/100 to the button, who makes it 2,300 to go, from his avg stack of 11k.everyone folds. Visibly and audibly relieved, he tables his cards, collects his pot and utters the magic words:

"Thank God. Ah hate jacks" (insert southern drawl)

Bit of harmless fun so no names unless u know they can take it!

Funny you started this, i heard my first "I love Jacks!" today at a £25 FO turbo @ Grosvenor Porstmouth when JJ cracked AA aipf after the JJ guy limp raised all in from UTG to tarp the tight super nit 'older gentleman'.

First time I've heard that...
