In some Vegas eateries they surcharge 18% for parties of 8 or more. WTF is that all about? Why should it make any difference, you are after all bringing more money into the place.
That is very common in the US for groups. Yes Woodsey I realise it's common. My question was why? If there are 100 covers in a restaurant and they are all taken up why should it matter whether they are all parties of 4 or 10? |
