She was shocking. The worse thing she did was to move the blinds from in front of the players, and then she'd do the same with bets before the betting round was over. This made it very difficult to see how much was in the pot, who'd bet what, if someone had raised who it was, etc. I did ask her a number of times to leave the chips where they were until the betting was over - but she looked at me as though that was the most ridiculous idea imaginable.
this is common practice in a lot of venues so she has probably been trained to do it this way
at dtd for example you'll find a lot of dealers who are shipped in for the big comps do it at first until asked to leave everything in front of the players. the in house dealers don't do it as they've been trained
