I accept that he was only following company procedure, but i know enough about online poker support to know catagorically that any CSR can lift any chat ban without authorisation from anyone in authority. Like I also said, I know that they dont have to "look into it" they can reinstate chat immediately. In fact Ahmed has done this before for people on this forum, so to say he was only following company procedures is bollox. he was using his own discretion. Like i said before, if a chat ban was awarded and deserved, I wouldnt have said a word, I would have accepted it. Its the fact that it was so black and white that pissed me off, and the fact that I KNOW i havent used blue square since the 30th and that was from 6pm till about 6.30pm. Childish ? no ... Of course you know all this, but how would he? Be it an error or not, he was of the understanding that your account had been used at the time he stated, whether by you or someone else. Therefore it wouldn't be black and white and I doubt he was being arkward just for the sake of it, he probably just didn't want to take any risks. He can't just take your word for it. If I have made a misread here and he knew that there'd been an error and that your account hadn't been active, then I think you're right to be pissed off. I dont suppose for one minute he either bothered, or drew attention to his supervisors of the conversation. I thought I would leave it and see if i ever got a response to any investigation, i wasnt surprised at the result. You know me well enough to accept that if i had been out of order, i would hold my hands up and say "Fair cop" and take the ban. No worries though, and sorry for any embarrassment it may have caused. Ahmed's comment that the offence took place at 02.15.02 on 02/02/07 was incorrect. That was merely the time the ban was affected. The reason for the banning was a result of the following table chat which took place the night before on 01/02/07. I doubt whether Kev would have any complaint over receieving a ban for what he had said - multiple uses of the F word. So kev has basically asked to have his account closed over a misundersatnding of when the offence took place. Had he called me when he said he was going to, I'm sure all of this could have been avoided. LOLOLOL
