I got chat banned from VC once for saying Monsieur Chandler was like "hitler dealing with a marked deck of cards" in the lobby.

Fair play I was a bit out of order, but what was funny was when i complained they said the marked cards comment had implied they cheated their customers.

in my opinion i think you were very childish .why didnt you wait for him to look into it? ive spoken to Ahmed on numerous occasions.,.,.,,.and found him to be more than helpfull at all times.,.,.,how does he  know that you wasnt just blagging..,./,/, trying  to  get back in?            you should have waited and im sure they would have sorted it and then apologised...

Like i said, I know i wasnt on the site at the time the "offence" took place. I was frustrated because i wanted to use the chat facility to talk to friends who were playing in the sat, and as the sats are blue square specific, i coulnt do that.

Like I also said, I know that they dont have to "look into it" they can reinstate chat immediately.

In fact Ahmed has done this before for people on this forum, so to say he was only following company procedures is bollox. he was using his own discretion.

Like i said before, if a chat ban was awarded and deserved, I wouldnt have said a word, I would have accepted it.

Its the fact that it was so black and white that pissed me off, and the fact that I KNOW i havent used blue square since the 30th and that was from 6pm till about 6.30pm.

Childish ?  no  ... Angry and frustrated ? Yes.
