Quick aside to mention that Julian just took a pot off Tikay with the Ad Aspades, which saw a Six-high flop (4 5 6).  According to Julian, the "board just got scarier and scarier, and we ended up checking it."  Tikay's 6d 8d weren't as good as he might have hoped, and it's another building block in the Thew Towers, which I reckon total nearly 20k already.

Was the blind level up mentioned?  I don't think so.  Well, it is.  50/100 to play now. 

Snoops' player list was fully comprehensive - I am going to try to outdo him by getting as full a chip count at the first break as possible.  One table, however, has been created using the other tables' original Seat 10s, whom I do not recognise.  So we'll have a couple of mystery counts, at least until the field thins enough to start hassling the players individually.  Which I always quite enjoy.

News from the floor:

Tikay takes a pretty nice pot from Mark Hawkins:  the board came 4d 7c Qs 4h with tikay following along calling with his Qd Td (of course, Mark didn't know that).
On the river - the tikay-relieving Qh - he bet out 1,500.  Mark thought for a while, and raised another 2,500 (the amount might be different than stated, but I didn't hear what was going on too well).
Tikay gave a return dwell, before pushing in for a little bit more - and despite the size of the pot was rewarded with an instafold.

Tikay's chips are now around the 13,500 mark, while Mark's are down to 6,450.

If you're going to Aphrodites there a great Thai noodle bar down the street called Wah Wahs. Its pretty good.

Located 'badpab' who was  on the shorter side but not desperate with 14,000 but made a nice call which unfortunately spelled the End (he's OUT) - having raised on the button with  Js Jc, the big blind pushed in and made him call all-in - but he was glad to see  4h 4s against him.  Probably less glad to see the 4c on the turn, though.  Took it very well, and I'm sure we'll see him again.

A short stacked Des Jonas moved all-in when it folded to him on the cutoff.  The small blind (even shorter) called all-in, and the big blind - Rob Yong - came along for the ride.  On their backs!

Most of the damage was done when she called an all-in preflop with  Td Tc, and the guy was just trying to get her off her hand with  Ahrt 8s.  The Ace fell, though, and she was left looking for a double up opportunity.

The first came when Bambos raised and Tim Flanders re-raised - she held Ad Kh and pushed in, getting one caller (Tim) with.... Ac Ks.  Chop chop.

Then Bambos raised again, and she took a chance with the 9h 9d - but this time Bambos had the goods - Ks Kc and she was gone.

Congrats for the early determination, though - it was an uphill climb and satisfying not to have just admitted defeat after the initial setbacks.

Tikay auto-all-inned on the button (with the majestic 2d 3d) and was called, unsurprisingly, by both blinds, Henning and Doubleup.  The flop came Kc Ts xs - check-check
The turn: Ad check, bet 3k, call.
River:  Ks  and all hell broke loose on the side pot action - check-raise from Henning, (10k on 3k) then a re-raise of 13k for Henning to (reluctantly) call with Qs 3s.  But Dave had Kh Td for the full house - and poor old Tikay's 3-high was no good.

It's a shame he hung in so valiantly without ever getting a comfy chip stack, but I don't think he should be disappointed with his performance.

lost 5k in the first 15 minutes when my Qs Qc flop Ad Qd Jc busted by Kd Td

Then I raise a mid position  limper 10 mins later with  Tc  Th Flop  Td Qd 2c I raise he re-raises i push and he flips over  Qc Qs

Then went on the pish with Hawko [EDITED]
