News from the floor:

Tikay takes a pretty nice pot from Mark Hawkins:  the board came with tikay following along calling with his (of course, Mark didn't know that).
On the river - the tikay-relieving - he bet out 1,500.  Mark thought for a while, and raised another 2,500 (the amount might be different than stated, but I didn't hear what was going on too well).
Tikay gave a return dwell, before pushing in for a little bit more - and despite the size of the pot was rewarded with an instafold.

Tikay's chips are now around the 13,500 mark, while Mark's are down to 6,450.

I see that Snoopy already had that one (at least in outline) - so how about the unfortunate start for Ms. Chili, whose QQ were no good against AK, followed by being four-flushed holding top pair, and then having to pass KQ on a K J x board to a big re-raise.

She's under 2,000 at this stage, which must mean some early gambling to regain a playable stack in a moment...

But she's doing better than her neighbour Luke Smith, who was just busted by Simon 'Aces' Trumper with against .  Something must have happened previously for it to come to that, but not sure what that was...

Here's Bambos taking down an early pot, with Chunky Mick Jones keeping his chips a secret (unintentionally).

Snoopy has now had to manoeuvre himself onto the edge of the table as my computer was about to turn itself off, and is now updating standing up whenever there aren't floods of people walking up and down what can only be described as our corridor.  Let's take a moment to think of him triumphing over adversity.  And looking Anticool doing it.

Chili was down to 1.6k at one point, but has now moved her way back up to 4k... mainly due to a 6-6 v J-T hand which doubled her up.

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k.  “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi.  Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

*****************************BREAK******************************

A couple of minutes to catch the old breath, or, for Snoopy to get you some of his pictures.  Try not to compare the quality too unfavourably, he's sensitive.  And his computer (well, tikay's) doesn't have the facility to get them off his camera, so we're playing Laptop Swapsies.

Quote for the break, from Dave 'Doubleup' McGeachie:  "I've lost a chunk of chips overplaying nothing.  It's not something you should overplay."
