Was down around 15 1/2 for most of September and early Oct and then the wheels came off. My MS symptoms went a bit haywire, I could barely walk around the house so wasn't able to get to the gym
Had to dive into hospital for 4 days to see what exactly was causing the problems, they did an MRI scan on brain/spinal cord and even managed to find what resembles a brain. The good news was my meds are working as they should and haven't failed which would have been the reason for what looked like a relapse. Scarring on brain/spine is actually no worse than it was 2years ago when I started the treatment so winner winner there.
Got a follow up with the top consultant from the Brain injuries on Wednesday to evaluate things since the course of steroids I had when in. It can take a few weeks to see any benefits so hopefully things will start to loosen up shortly. They're pretty puzzled as to what's causing it and whilst I'm sure it is 'interesting' to them it's just annoying to me
Got some physio lined up which will hopefully help and going to speak to them about possible benefits of sports massage too. I think I've probably put on about 1/2 a stone or so and was sitting around 16stone last week. I've not really been paying much attention to what I'm eating but with things hopefully settled down I can get back into my routine and crack on once again!
Glad to see most of you guys are ticking along well though good work
