After three days in labour followed by a haemorrhage and losing three litres of blood I was later given a blood transfusion we are now finally home!!

It was all worth it! Georgie is truly gorgeous (I'm obviously biased! I think he's the double of Stu!)

Stu has been incredible and was there for me throughout, he's the best daddy Georgie could ever ask for and he's definitely performed his fair share of nappy changes already whilst I recover.

We're learning along the way, it's by fair one of the best things that's happened to is to become parents.

Love him so very much

Yesterday's food.

Breakfast:
One slice of Hovis wholemeal bread toasted.
One slice of wafer-thin ham microwaved until it goes crispy and looks like bacon.
One large free-range egg cooked over easy in spray fat.
One large orange.
Mug of tea with sweeteners.

Calories = 250.

Apologies for bad picture, tea steamed my lens up.

Also, Mrs Red says I have To apologise for using plates that don't match.

Lunch:
One Campbell's Cup Soup. (Creamy Vegetable)
One Cadbury's Highlights hot chocolate. (Fudge)

Dinner:
Large green leaf salad with tuna and a handful of whole wheat pasta. (Olive oil, lemon & cracked black pepper dressing)
Diet lemonade.

Calories = 370.





Supper:
One can of Hienz oxtail soup with 3 crisp-bread crackers.

Calories = 200

Total calories = 1000. (I will be mostly eating more than this but I wanted a good start.)

Exercise = Light snow shovelling.




Starting weight - 14st 7½lbs.

Target weight - 13st.

Today's weight - 14st 4½lbs.    (I suspect this is just initial water loss)

Stu is contemplating on wearing a shirt tomorrow evening, I'm guessing he has hopes he's going to win either that OR he's preparing for Tikay to take his picture

Will have a go at this also, know I can do fortyish good ones, never tried to push for more so will have a go over the weekend.
What is the time limit to get to a hundred?

I witnessed this in my own living room....... And the attempt was poor. I think in total 17 good ones were completed this is one after the other ;-) keep trying babe xx
