I think you push based on who you're playing and your likely table image.

If the guy is a strong player then he's not going to have called you with a weak ace. If he has a strong ace then why hasn't he put you in right there ? You're both short enough for the initial pot to be well worth winning. My guess would be he has some marginal pocket pair and wants to see a flop without an ace before getting the rest in.

He'll also very likely believe that you have the ace, as you've tended to have a tight image when I've played you.

I need to get some sleep.
But I can't go until Bill finishes this thing.
I'm half-tempted to go down there... but that wouldn't really help..

Any chance of a rough chipcount, nice reporter lady ?

I wasn't kidding when I said that once Ryan Fronda got off the 20k mark on the final table he could win it... he just doubled up off Bill Davies.

Do we have a chip count for Bill ?

(or everyone ?)

Go Bill !

16) The minimum raise is DOUBLE THE PREVIOUS BET.

And on a more serious note - this is ambiguous at best.

So if I bet 10 you have to raise by at least 20 (a minimum of 30 to go ?)

And the next player has to raise by a minimum of 60 ? or 40 ?

odd rules....

6) English must be spoken at all times during a hand.

Surely this makes the game very loud ?

Hello Blondes,

I need a couple of players to make up the numbers in a home game tomorrow evening.

It's in St. Neots in Cambridgeshire.
  The buy-in is £10.
It's a No-limit freezeout with deep stacks and 30 min blind levels giviing lots of play.
We'd be thinking of starting around 7-8pm

So don't do whatever dull thing you were going to do tomorrow night - come and play this tourney instead. Bring a friend - the more the merrier.
There's no rake and it's gonna be fun.

If anyone's interested then please PM me to book a seat.  If anyone has any questions, please ask.

If anyone has previously mailed me and said they'd like a mail when we've got a game on - sorry - my machine with the email on took the ultimate bad-beat last week and so I've lost all my email Sad

  Thanks,

    Bryan

Go for $.

Ladbrokes are a pain cos they transfer the Poker $ to GBP and then Neteller do some sort of conversion - you end up losing some value that way.

I've got one of the ATM cards - it's v. handy if you need to go play a live game.

I know for a fact that you can take at least $1K from the ATM in Bellagio near the poker room per day. Much cheaper than buying $ in a travel agent.

No fees into or out of Full tilt.

Funds hit the ATM card within an hour in my experience and any UK ATM seems to work (I've used Natwest / LLoyds so far).
