I must be the only one thinks this, BUT these are the WORST UPDATES ever. Wheres the chip counts, no flair and its slower than a tractor on the M25 in RUSH HOUR on the M25.
Come on, APPROX CHIP COUNTS WILL DO.
Yep, think you're on your own. Somehow l don't think l am, but l am telling it how it is. Jen and Adam updating is worth reading, and is interesting and makes u feel as though your there with the way they deliver them. These UPDATES are lifeless and boring. Then u give an excuse when u should be seeking a solution. These are outrageous comments. Why don't you try having a go at updating? Keep going Rod and Dana, I for one think the updates are great I agree 100% Pelham Boy, I would also love to see Mr McCool even attempt an informative, humorous, clever and FAIR update himself. Alas I fear though that Blonde's great reputation would go down the tubes if this was allowed to happen. Obviously from doing updates in the past myself, I can appreciate the difficult conditions at times to even get a constant internet connection and the distance that the press are put away from the action at most casino's. So congratulations slickid at your marvelous constructive criticisms at 2 guys who are giving you a great free and interactive service. WD GG WP Maria they would certainly be better than your attempts! As a matter of fact l could probably go to the local graveyard, dig up a couple of corpse's, give then a laptop and a Vodafone Dongle, with an SAS assault course to cover to get to the press room from the cardroom and they would be better updates than the ones you have been involved in. You need to get of your high horse! I made a comment as to how l found the updates, but this is the last comment l will make on Blonde (NICEY NICEY). As l have informed Tighty, in future l don't even want Blonde mentioning me at events. My Account is closed. GG WP SIUUAUFFC

Worry not Tom, I'll be at your place at about 1pm, & on the journey we'll discuss proper things then. Horses, trains, bridges, tractors, fifth-wheel trailers, ducks, the phenomonen of motorway coffee, rookery's, & the price of eggs.
Well as it turned out, we had plenty of time to discuss everything. torrential rain caused widespread flooding and turned our 3 hour drive into a 6 hours, including one coffee fulled, bladder bursting stint when we traveled 80 yards in 90 minutes. We were lucky to make it at all. According to the radio, roads were becoming impassable and closed to traffic immediately behind us. When we did eventually did get to the casino, (with only a few minutes to spare) there was a nice field of 70 odd already registered, and quite a few more hapless souls sitting in cars on swamped carriageways chomping at the bit. These arrived in dribs and drabs over the next hour or so bringing the final tally to 84 runners. Tony "One Hand" Kendall" managed to live up to his reputation (again) but I'll allow him the pleasure of telling you about it, (I can't type for laughing anyway) I played magnificently, but bust out a few levels later. Tony had to attend a meeting near 'eefrow airport this morning, so he booked us a room in a posh hotel called the Crowne Plaza. We left the casino early and drove here last night to find that they had somehow managed to get us down as newlyweds and booked us into the bridal suite. I was game, but Tony decided that we would never live it down and insisted on two separate rooms. We kissed goodnight and he sloped off "virgo intacto".Were back at Brighton tonight for the £200 1 day event. Smoke us a kipper...... I was unfortunately one of the poor souls stuck on the M23 until 11.30 when it was finally cleared. I had set off from Melton Mowbray at 4pm, great! The fact that l was sat in the DC game an hour later with Micky Wernick telling me about his comfortable Train Trip which took a few hours helped me calm my road rage and tilt a wee bit, not. One good thing was that because Grosvenor had made a balls up l got £300 back from my buy in. Paul Jackson had bought me in to this and the Main Event at Walsall and l had one of them pink receipts stating this, so happy days. Played the DC game which l have to say was alot weaker than the dusk till dawn game and walking away 2k up was very nice as l had took 5.6k on Sunday night in a juicy 10/10 short-handed game at dusk till dawn.

If alot of you have not read this before it is well worth reading when they post. Karl is a very concise, competent writer/reporter,he won't sit on the fence either when he feels an opponent has played a hand badly and these can be very interesting. Sunny is very honest with his posts and is easily the most frequent poster. Chaz who finished 2nd to Julian in the GUKPT last year doesn't post much, but they too are very honest and straight to the point. I have not read any of the other Hit Squadders posts to be honest except Praz, who only ever posts once in a blue moon. These posts are worth waiting for, as he is also very honest and in my opinion one of the best British players by a mile. His recent post is no different and when l read it the other day l was massively shocked as l was sure this Poker Robot had no vices or Achilles heel. To learn he was a Blackjack player and had done a load of dough at the end of the year was a surprise but l for one thank him for revealing this as l too suffer with the same problem. Everytime l go to the casino for a tournament l have to fight the devil to stay away which l have being doing successfully recently thanks to Dusk Till Dawn and a wee bit of self control. Having some real good friends around helps too! Thankfully l am not at the stage where l sneak down to a casino just to play Blackjack. This, along with other house games has in the past, and will continue in the future to ruin many good players so there is a lesson for any of you young players out there. STAY AWAY FROM THE HOUSE GAMES

don't wear trainers?
surely you could wear another pair of shoes rather than miss out?
Yeah but as I said I'll be walking around Manchester for at least 4 hours and I ain't wrecking my poor feet! I'll just play somewhere else or is this the only "poker" place in Nottingham? I've no interest in casino games. First time I've witnessed a no runners option though, strange one. hantori, its a simple answer for u in my book mate, l too am from Ireland and it is difficult for me to wear shoes anywhere as my feet just dont agree with them. But the sacrifice is worth it to visit dtd. If you play poker and are coming to Notts and DON'T play in dtd because u can't be bothered to bring a little rucksack with shoes or buy a £3 pair from TESCO, then u are a poker freak and would be better playing in an internet cafe. No disrespect meant!

This is a CHECK against 2+ players, 100%. Against one l might chance my arm with a POT sized bet to see where l am at. If he comes over the top of you you either let go or come back over the top and hold on to your chair. He has 2 cards to come and unless he is sitting there with or a similar hand he wont be calling. If he flat calls then you see the turn and put the pressure/decision on him then if it is in your favour. Remember Omaha is a gambling game, very few big pots are won or lost on the Flop alone.

I think l speak for alot of people who don't post but rely on the updates to see how people are doing in these events. People never really miss something until its gone and IF we lose these updates it would be a right crippler for the Blonde Community and all the guests that don't register. I speak from experience when l say that the support on here from mostly people u don't know personally means a hell of alot and is always at the back of your mind whilst playing. The only bad thing about the new updates is that they will be focused slightly more on that Thew bloke from Nottingham. Great News for everyone. Thanks to Tikay and the team on Blonde especially Richard for his quick negotiating.

Once again many thanks, just getting over a throat infection at the minute so in bed mostly. I have just started my Tournament Report for you all and l will let you know when it is done. I also managed to interview Bracelet Winner, Irishman Ciaran O'Leary who was the first person l have played with, that l dont want to play again too soon. Don't think winning the dough will change much for me. Square a few debts, another laptop, maybe a new dog and cushion my learning of Dealers Choice! I will still be playing the £50 at dusk till dawn on Thursday, as a matter of fact l've already bought in, online. Cheers Mick

I am terribly sry guys and gals but lm knackered and will do a proper report as soon as l can. We are finished for the day and with 18 left, Rob Garfield and myself will return tomorrow with Rob one of the CHIP LEADERS. Jeff Buffenbarger was knocked out late on before the bubble and l was down to 23,500 myself 1hr before we finished whilst trying to gamble for chips. As it turned out Collette Murphy pushed all in for 65k with and l called with as l was hoping for that sort of hand. The Flop came , the turn was the and then the dreaded river brought the . Lots of people will question WHY l made the call and the answer is very short and simple, I AM HERE TO WIN! The ONE thing about today for me was Bracelet Winner Ciaran O'Leary, he is simply DIFFERENT GRAVY, as l will tell u about later. I played a TV table today for the first time and that was fun. It will be interesting to hear Jesse May and Padraig's commentary of my play when this is broadcast. Ok folks, l'm off to bed as l have just read the Updates from MECCA (No not the Bahammmmmaaas, my LOCAL, Dusk Till Dawn ) It sounded like a fantastic game in which l'm sure there was some great/interesting poker and l am sad l missed it. Well done Tracey and Richard, short, sweet and to the point but lay of oul Ironside for Jesus sake. P.S I have done two interviews for u all, Tom Franklin and Ciaran O'Leary.
