Yeah he's allowed to do that. In the same way you're allowed to pick up a chair and break it over his back.
You get double player points for a month as well. The Empire is the only place I've played where they had to stop the game , to wipe blood off the walls.

Hi
I'm sure Mr Raab will correct me if I'm wrong but I'm 100% sure, this is not the case in GUKPT events. The only event I can think of where this happens is the old HORSE WSOP event. It was limit all the way to the final, once they reached the final , it became NL Holdem.

It's not just a different a different betting limit, it's a different game. Might as well change it to Razz once they get heads up.

Hi
I think one of the main reasons numbers started to fall for this Tourney is because it's pot limit. When we had sats at the Vic, players would turn up, play and not bother rebuying when they found out it's pot limit.

Obviously it's down to players to find out befor they enter but it's not advertised anywhere on the flyers. For this to be a success, they need to change the structure to no limit or at least put a bit of effort into the promotion behind it.

Hi
I would like to apologise for my earlier post. Billy is a friend of mine and we have worked together a lot over the past few years.

It was meant as a joke. I didn't really think it through, I can see how it must have looked in text and now feel a bit foolish.

Once again, I would like to apologise for any offence caused to Billy or anyone else.

That (above) is the Grovesner rule. Once so much action has takne place the only option is for the flop to stand. I would be going mental if they made anyother ruling.

Someone told me about a time he sat down at a table and his first words were "Hi I'm Mark Teltscher, I drive a ferrari"

At last years's EPT Grand Final in Monte Carlo, he actually parked his Ferrari on the pavement, half-blocking the entrance to the Cardroom. I believe, when players mentioned the motor parked so ostentatiously, he'd just said, "yeah, it's mine".......

When we Update on Events he's in, he always tells the Updaters to fetch him a drink & a sandwich. I'm not entirely sure what they tell him.

His sister plays a bit, I'm given to understand.
I was dealing on an EPT table at the Vic. Mark was on the table and took out Greg Raymer with a bit of a bad beat. As the chips were being passed to Telcther, Raymer was picking up his things to leave, Telchter says to him
" Did I play the hand OK Greg? And how would you play it on the turn and river ?".

10 Min's later and Raymer is back with microphone in hand to do the announcing. Telchter once again calls over Raymer to his table, at this point you can see Raymer is visibly not impressed but goes over anyway. When he reaches the tables, Telcther says to him
" Greg, can you go get my cup of tea ? I've left it over the other side of the room"
He just put the microphone down and walked off shaking his head. God knows how he kept himself from lamping the  twat.

Hi
Does anyone know how many runners they have for the Omaha hi/lo tourney?
Thanks

Jonathan Raab's prediction is that the event will get around 40 runners. 41 if you come down.
Hi
I'd love to play it, unfortunately I work there so I doubt they will let me. I'm actually hoping it's dead so I wont have to come in for my night shift. Feel like death warmed up,I'm sure they are pumping something through the air conditioning..
