Incoming from Mr Raaaaaaab. The Vic gets bizzy.

I've already Posted this on Live Poker, where it belongs, but it deserves a wider audience, so I've stuck it up on this Board, too.
By the way, "Unibet" are a very big Nordic gaming outfit, in case you wondered. And, subject to Mr Raab & Unibet's approval, In Poker will cover that £2,500 jobbie.
Good stuff.
And I'd quite fancy trying some of those SNG's at The Vic, at £200 or £300 a time, if only I knew I could get a game. I've not played there for years, & I'd love to, as I'm in London 4 or 5 nights a week these days, but they don't exactly hang out the Welcome Mat to starangers. To be fair, they look after the regulars wonderfully - so kudos to The Vic for that.
Anyway, good luck to them with this great initiative, & good Luck Unibet, too - new Sponsors are golden.
Forthcoming Events at the Vic
Here are details of forthcoming events at the Vic, including
Sit & Go nights every Wednesday
A new regular tournament schedule
The Grosvenor Victoria London Poker Championships & Unibet Open festival in July.
Sit & Go Nights
Every Wednesday, starting on 24th June, Sit & Go tournaments will be held in the new VIP room from 9pm. £100, £200 and £300 games will be available and all will be dealer dealt. Join us on the inaugural night on Wednesday June 24th, when champagne and canapes will be served to all Sit & Go players between 9pm-12am.
New Regular Tournament Schedule
The new tournament schedule takes effect from June 22nd and continues until August 31st 2009. The regular schedule of events will be as follows:
Mondays - £50 NLH Rebuy - 7.45pm
Tuesdays - £100 NLH Rebuy - 7.45pm
Wednesdays - £30 NLH Rebuy - 7.45pm
Thursdays - £250 NLH Freezeout - 7.45pm
Fridays - £30 NLH Freezeout - 7.45pm
Saturdays - £50 NLH Freezeout - 7.45pm
Sundays - £150 NLH Bounty Freezeout - 6pm
The £100, £150 and £250 tournaments are fully dealer dealt.
Registration closes 15 minutes before the start times listed above, but late entries and alternates are accepted in all events.
Exceptions to the above schedule are on Monday 27th July, 3rd August & 31st August, when £50 rebuy satellites to the GUKPT will be held.
The above schedule will also not be used from 6th - 19th July, when the London Poker Championships Festival and the Unibet Open will take place.

Big Shame that unibet are not running as many satellites as they have advertised at....
http://www.unibetopen.com/UO_satellite.html
....tried to play yesterday, and was hoping to do so today, but they have got few running it seems, and on longer cycle.
Dont really understand why, but perhaps catch 22 - (a) dont have runners for satellites so dont run them and (b) advertise the satellites and "impress" the players who want to play them by not running them.....
