Only heard about this thread over the weekend and like the way you dripped out the info.
I know I need to lose a few pounds Tony but I wasn't sat quite as close to you as you remember. You were in seat 8 and I was in seat 3 and there were 2 limpers in the pot before me, although that doesn't change the post flop action.
Did I really Hollywood it up that much?
Cheers,
Marcus.

Blonde Poker account opened.
Fold when 5ukkkraM bets on the river.
Off to Broadway now for the £150 - hopefully see at least a couple of dozen others have done the same when I come back with my winnings.

Have used Blonde as a resource for a couple of years, love it and will be sad to see it changed in almost any way. I've seen sponsored by and banner ads but never gave much thought to how it all was funded.
I'm guessing Tikay frowns on spamming but the odd email asking if I enjoyed the updates (etc.) and to ensure they can continue might I try my luck on Blonde Poker wouldn't be too intrusive. There should be plenty of us who'd prefer our rake to come back to the community in the guise of Blonde.
Spam away.

Firstly Steve is a top bloke.
The way I see this before it spun out of control is Juicy tried to stop Steve from raising or raising too much, Steve has a very good hand, he is the short stack in the hand. Once the banter is finished he decides to put his tournament on the line with the expectation that he is being called. In effect he is calling all in. So then what, he just gets the limped chips or chip? Yeah that would be fare. Would he waste a premium hand without the banter being initiated by Juicy? Nope The whole mucking and 70 minutes sounds horrendous but my guess is that Juicy didn't want to call (obviously) and was not willing to put his chips in especially once he mucked his cards.
Sounds to me that the Paul King sat was just that they made up the money to get an extra seat without Paul contributing, nothing wrong with that.
I had someone act out of turn when heads up in a comp. On the turn I picked up a flush draw to go with my bottom pair. Having decided how much to bet and while reaching for chips the other player says all in. The dealer also a card room manager said it stands. I pass and get shown a bluff. This was a stroke and there was no recourse or anything in the rules to prevent it back then (06). I think that all out of turn action whether accidental or not should result in that player only being allowed to call for he rest of the hand.
Mickey Wernick this evening answered his phone while in the big blind the dealer politely told him you can't make any action, Mickey the gent he is just nodded. Perfect, dealer saw the infringement and ruled.

Big 2nd day wish I could have got there, William Martins aces put paid to that dream, top bloke though.
Simon and the team keep doing everything right and the numbers keep growing - well done.
Final for Tony Decesera, Stuart Langford, Paul Newman, Matt Cartwright, Sean Mason, Gaz Purewal, Desi. Nick Slade is due a result and Carl Hoefkens could round off a good weekend after his first start for a while.
Off to Stoke now, hopefully not playing the £75 later.

Nice post - I was the AQ and had raised to 2500 hoping Micky would push back with less and that you'd need a hand to play. Which I guess you did. Hate calling a reraise with AQ off but last level of the night, 70 miles from home etc.
