Thank you. Used to weather like this, it's called being Scottish and born on St George's day, conceived because of England winning the world cup. It's always pissing on me.

After a stressful trip to Glasgow and back in the freezing fog I ventured back on the thread to see how my bashing was going. Wonderful to see Dewi's comments.
What is ftw and fyp? I don't know if I'm being insulted or not here folks.
Love this thread, it is a classic.
Have to say I had 3 hungry people moaning like mad as I rearranged the table and retook blurry photos. Multiple breakies should get extra points as they are bloody hard to organise.
ftw = for the win fyp = fixed your post p.s. what's stressfull about a trip to Glasgow ? Normally nothing but tonight was bloody awful. Firstly I could hardly see an inch in front of me, then there was queues and queues leading to the SECC....I had intended in dropping my daughter and her friends near the train stop with the big tunnel to avoid the traffic but changed my mind since it was so cold. Then the road works around there led me to the Clyde Tunnel!!! and finally back onto the M77 via Ibrox heading for Killie. Next thing I ended up in a road works filter lane and into Silverburn!!!!!! Back onto the road eventually and back to Ayrshire, unfortunatley I was driving on purely fumes and had no money or phone with me so was sweating a bit to say the least!!!!!!!!! LOL Dan, I was doing exactly the same thing. Dropping 2 female friends at the SECC for the Scooter concert. Mayhem indeed LOL You probably cut me off and made me take the wrong turning!!!!

Wow, the tanks's February 17th was amazing and very dark.
My fav is the one I learned at school for o grade english.
DULCE ET DECORUM EST
Bent double, like old beggars under sacks, Knock-kneed, coughing like hags, we cursed through sludge, Till on the haunting flares we turned our backs And towards our distant rest began to trudge. Men marched asleep. Many had lost their boots But limped on, blood-shod. All went lame; all blind; Drunk with fatigue; deaf even to the hoots Of tired, outstripped Five-Nines that dropped behind.
Gas! Gas! Quick, boys! – An ecstasy of fumbling, Fitting the clumsy helmets just in time; But someone still was yelling out and stumbling, And flound'ring like a man in fire or lime . . . Dim, through the misty panes and thick green light, As under a green sea, I saw him drowning. In all my dreams, before my helpless sight, He plunges at me, guttering, choking, drowning.
If in some smothering dreams you too could pace Behind the wagon that we flung him in, And watch the white eyes writhing in his face, His hanging face, like a devil's sick of sin; If you could hear, at every jolt, the blood Come gargling from the froth-corrupted lungs, Obscene as cancer, bitter as the cud Of vile, incurable sores on innocent tongues, My friend, you would not tell with such high zest To children ardent for some desperate glory, The old Lie; Dulce et Decorum est Pro patria mori.

I love Ruth but dont think she has marketability. Alexandria was amazing and to be quite honest I don't usually like the soulful coloured singers.
I did love Diana but am fed up with the same old same old. Eoug whatever his name is is woeful IMO but will no doubt run away with it.
I love Miley!!!!!

It was the chip Prince that started it.
I think this thread is turning into a thread about how much you poor english folks miss out on Lorne sausage, invented by god himself.
