If, in the unfortunate event that you were wrongly prosecuted for a serious crime and brought before a jury, it is the same ones who would be deciding the small matter of your liberty.

ive served on a jury and found the cross section of people with whom i shared the responsiblity to be a shining example of the unequaled fairness this country has a right to be proud of.

yet i still find the majority of youth based culture nothing really different than what i enacted upon and was acted upon after i became slightly intolerant of behaviour i have been guilty of.

i think it maybe blinkered to only criticise or seek escapism from what is i believe to be an over reaction in a lot of instances of YOUNG PEOPLE trying to establish an identity in todays society,

i believe a positive and understanding attitude to most so called yobbish behaviour would have far more benifical effects for themselves and society as a whole as a comprehension of the difficulties they have inflicted upon others are made apparent to them. rather than the ostracization that we opt for now.

Conversely, I believe that a proper good hiding every time they bully someone or vandalise something would work wonders.

what do you consider to be aquastar proper good hiding*? from what age would you begin to administer such punishment?
if it doesnt have the desired effect do you increase the severity?

The life that i have
Is all that i have
And the life that i have
Is yours

The love that i have
Of the life that i have
Is yours and yours and yours

A sleep i shall have
A rest i shall have
Yet death will be but a pause
For the peace of my years
In the long green grass
Will be yours and yours and yours
