Hers a good football trivia question for you

Who is the only player to have scored a hat trick in all 4 divisions of the English League, The FA Cup, The League Cup and at International Level?

Hummmm 14 left and birmingham are not running a live qualifier! I rang them last night to see when it would be and they said they will not be holding a qualifier just hosting the event.

Who get sthose tickets???

Probably 5 or 6 seats will be taken up by Sky presenters/analysts - last time Michelle Orpe, Norman Pace, Richard Orford & Compo all played & I believe Tim Peters mentioned the other night he was going to this one.  There may also be a few guests of Sky.

However last time they held a last minute Sat for a last few extra seats after capping it at 100 - if I remember rightly there were only 19 runners in this Sat & 7 or 8 seats.  I think a few from here qualified after Tikay posted about the Sat

is it memory of the cattle of britain?

I want that to be right

I think it might be right actually.  Sure I've seen this, its outside Head Office of a hire company somewhere in Sussex.  They bought it from the a charity Cow Parade Auction & repainted it in company colours

I was one of those complete novices, and I'd like to echo everything Red-Dog has said

Having never played live before, I was as nervous as a kitten before the event started and having Nick Jenkins, Pete Conduit and a couple of other non sky qualifiers (and obvious DTD regulars) on my table didnt help the nerves much, but being slapped in the face by the deck for the first level & a half soon settled me down!!

After being moved tables I had the pleasure of watching Compo do what I've read on here he is renowned for (all in, Q10 v AK on an A high flop, turn 10, river 10) and after being moved again I had Norman Pace on my left (what a total gent he is).

I'd made it half way through level 6 when I decided to make a stand against the table bully with when he re-raised me all in - he had KJ & turned a K.  Would have had double the average if I'd have held there but it wasn't to be, maybe I should have been a bit more patient but as much as I was enjoying myself I didnt want to die a slow death and winning that pot would have put me right in the mix.

The fact that Sky Poker small have given stakes players such as myself having the opportunity to play in a comp like that at somewhere like DTD for £2.65 is fantastic - long may they continue to do so and roll on leg 2 of the tour in Birmingham (immediately boks himself from qualifying!!)

I got through at DTD last night too. Looking forward to it. Can't seem to find the structure/stacks for next Saturday. Are they known yet??

According to the DTD website its 5000 stack & 30 minute clock - not heard a word from Sky since qualifying

Qualified online for £2.65 - never played live before (but from what I've read on here what a place to start)

Might just change my username to Lamb to the Slaughter!!

Tikay

If I remember rightly there were 5 packages awarded in the Sky WSOP Final, but you keep mentioning 4 qualifiers - what happened to the other one, did he take the cash or can you not say?

First post here after much lurking, so please be gentle with me.  This hand has been bugging me for a couple of days now.....

£10 Online 6 handed MTT, 11 Players of original 81 starters left, 10 paid. Blinds 300/600.

Sitting 2nd with 22,000 chips (around double the ave) and find   UTG. I raise to 2400 (comments?), folded round to BB who calls

History: BB is chipleader with around 45000 chips so between us we have over half the chips in play. He's built his stack without getting massively out of line and despite being on the same table virtually since the start of the tourney we've only had one major clash, when he ran      into my   . Since then we've barely played a pot together

Anyway, he calls & we see a flop of      . He checks, I bet 3000 into 5100 pot (comments?), he calls. Turn is   and he insta-shoves

Whats my move?

Thanks in advance for your replies
