Haven't got to see black mass yet, been mega busy with work and generally sorting stuff out for Xmas. Broke up for the holidays with the schools I'm coaching at, and running a winter coaching course Monday- Wednesday next week. Result this, really enjoy it and pay is good.

So over the time off will be looking to grind when I can. Have sold some action for a number of grinds, with the first being yesterday. Cashed a couple of the 5 cubed comps, but looked like it was going to be a losing start. Ended up a winning day as we found 10th in the big 55 for $650 and change. Always a little disappointed when there's 13k up top, but decent win for the day, so onto the next.

As a family for Xmas we go up yo Grantham, my parents own a time share lodge for Xmas week at Belton Woods hotel. Couple of golf courses and swimming pool/ sauna/ bars etc mean for a great chilled out week. Also being 50mins across to DTD means will be getting over for the £150 deepstack and hopefully the £500 too. Not played there for 6 months or so, bee too long! Be good to see some heroes and have a few beers and hopefully win something!

Have booked surprise tickets to go to the west end and see Wicked for the girlfriends birthday. Saw it a few years ago at school, and she hasn't seen it. Will be great, an amazing show, and always love going up to see a show and get some food. Pretty sure she wants to go to Winter wonderland, so will be heading off there too. Although I refuse to go ice skating!
Anyone been there this winter? Anything to do? The show is at the Apollo in Victoria, will look to get some food too, good restaurants?

Over and out
Went to winter wonderland last week

Ice bar is good ice sculptures worth a look and a beer or 3 in German village is a must
I had never been before and did not realise all bars shut at 10

I always thought that it was strange that DTD never promoted blonde inside the club.  They could easily do a banner, put the logo on the advertising screens, some flyers.

Think the main site should be auto linked to here.  Whenever I'm using a new device and go the the home page it does feel like a dead site.

there is a direct link on DTD site to forum
i think i seen blonde on DTD on club flyers in the past also although not recently

obviously DTD are focussed on own and party poker face book groups

Rich.
will you still be taking part? If not we can promote Verndog to the team

Can all listed please confirm that they are still able to attend and also send me your polo shirt size for the team shirts. Can you also let me have your nickname you want on the shirt (I assume we will be using forum names?)

I need to get the order in asap as closing date is 6th Dec. I will pay for these upfront and we can settle up in Luton.

Does anyone have a Coral account for APAT as we need to pay the entry fee via a holding tank on there.

Geo

Still in shirt size xl

Today the $50+$5 sats start at 7pm and 9pm for our new concept Saturday Nine Line (5 seats Gtd in each). Qualifiers run for next 7 days and the jist of this concept is :

$500+$30 Online Day 1 8pm Thu 19th with 30,000 chips, WPT structure and 16 min clock - playing down to a final table and then play is stopped.

The 9 final table players come to DTD on Saturday 21st 7pm and play out a live streamed final table with 1st prize $15,000 gtd (everyone that makes final table will already be in the money of course)

The great thing for me is that the clock on the final table is 60 minutes using the WPT structure - so players get a festival experience final table, something's many have not experienced due to traditional time constraints of weekend MTTs.

cannot understand why the sats do not get enough  to start only need 6 with 5 seats
tried both yesterday non run
7pm  today one did not get enough to run either

shame really like the concept
perhaps make it $22 buy in less seats to get some interest

yeh tried too....we need to find 4 friends  Cheesy

Playing the 9pm one now....made 29 players

yep seen your ft exit ul

I like my job unless the ft is life changing money ( realise this amount will vary by individual )
i not taking an unplanned day off work and i have never pulled  sickie
Would not being phoning my boss on Monday morning asking to take day off
think this would be taking the piss
i just would not be comfortable asking for no notice time off so that i can play cards

IMPORTANT

We have a number of unused tickets for Grand Prix Dusk Till Dawn Nottingham in players accounts which expire tonight.

If you have an 'Entry to Grand Prix' Ticket in your account it will expire tonight unless you have already made Day 2 of GPPT Nottingham.

You have a couple of last chance options. Play the 7pm Live Day 1 at Dusk Till Dawn or play in the Player's Choice online at partypoker at 7pm & 9pm. If you progress from the Player's Choice into Day 2 you can choose any venue on the Grand Prix Poker Tour to utilise your Day 2 stack, including Dusk Till Dawn tomorrow.

Only just seen this, woke up to check and I have lost four $109 tokens over night and naturally fuming

I have had two tokens for a few weeks and won four more this week in preparation for the stadium tours and the players choice Sunday night games you have been putting on.
Used two this week not realising there was an expirey date as it doesn't show one on the tokens page of your log in

So Have I lost $436 in entries...please confirm

Have you made day 2 ?

was it you?

well played. nightmare with that chip stack

Yes was me
remember the hand not because i knew it was you or the result
but because it was part of a chain of hands prior to and on that Final table

prior to this  on ft bubble or close too
i won flip raised  utg was accomadated by  BB     to get to 5 million
then on ft
blinds at 50k 100k i raised in small blind with  BB called flop      i shoved he called of with
housed up on turn knocking him out and me up to 7 million

your hand was  later and readers  can guess what i had in BB

then with 4 left  at this point i have got close to 10 million others are sb 1.3 BB 2 and 2.8  blinds 60 and 120
i raise button with  SB Shoves 66  and we were down to 3

for balance i called short stack shove with k4  to get heads up

and won the heads up with    on a board off

which i think makes it officially God mode

hence why i remembered it
easy game some times
